I hope you’re all having a great start to the year. I wanted to take a moment to update you on some exciting developments here at RFinance.

First of all, I wanted to mention that the refinance market is heating up and there are a lot of cheaper rates available for clients coming out of fixed rates. This is great news for those who are looking to save on their mortgage payments or to access some of the equity they have built up in their home. If you’re considering refinancing, now is a great time to do so and our team at RFinance would be happy to help you explore your options.

In addition, we’ve been seeing a lot of creative opportunities for self-employed clients. With the changing nature of work, more and more people are starting their own businesses or working as freelancers and contractors. We understand that these clients may have unique financial needs and we’re excited to be able to help them find the right mortgage options.

On a personal note, I wanted to let you know that I’ll be taking a trip to India in February for a friend’s wedding. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to reconnect with some old friends and to explore a new culture. I’ll be sure to share some pictures and stories when I get back.
